Hey! Just gave it a try! Works like a charm! Thank you for making the changes! The helicopter is right where I left it, airborne and all! The only behaviour I noticed is that it's not paying attention to the FlightSave Active Pause state on load, and is always unpaused when "ready to fly" is clicked, though the GUI on FlightSave still shows it as enabled (if it was enabled when the save was created). Clicking it again turns it's "off" in the GUI, but "on" in the simulator. Not a huge deal for me; I just wanted to share the observation!

Thanks for the advice on FlightStarter24, too! Just out of curiosity, what features does that tool have that would benefit helicopters? I'd be interested in picking it up if it's geared toward helis!

The Active Pause bug will be corrected in next update of FlightStarter24.

FStarter24 is a tool for both airplanes and helicopters. It uses a much more specialized save /load functions.

Active Pause button will be reset to not active when a flight is loaded. This is done because loading a saved flight will not set active flight to ACTIVE PAUSE even if it is declared in the saved FLT file. This is a bug in MSFS2024.

Active Pause can be set when MSFS2024 is showing the READY TO FLY message, so the flight starts in active pause. ( Users can then make some cockpit adjustments if needed). It can also be used in active flight situations.

Thanks for the update! Works great! Also pulled the pin and bought FStarter24 via SimMarket. There are many great tools in this program for setting up flights; it also supports save/load functionality. Perfect! Thank you for your efforts with these tools! Have a good evening!
