1. Find the Community folder in the MSFS root folder.
For the Windows Store install:
C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Local\Packages\ Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\
For the Steam install:
C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Local\Packages\

Important: Windows 10 by default hides the “AppData” folder, so you will have to go to “View” in the menu of File Explorer, and select “Hidden items” so as to see it.
For the Custom install:
If you happened to use a custom location for your Flight Simulator installation, then proceed there.
In my case, it was: F:\Flight Simulator\Community\
2. Copy the OiMS787 folder you just unzipped to the SIOC folder to the Community folder.
3. Open Oi4FS and make a configuration for the MS787 airplane.
4. Start the OiMS787 driver by clicking the MS787 image after you have started up the MS787 airplane in MSFS.
This is release v1.0 of the OiMS787 driver and improvements will be added as the MSFS SDK develops.
OiMS787 driver supports the Opencockpits modules: MCP, EFIS, CDU, COMs, and ATC.
MCP info and issues:
ALT_INTV button acts as ALT Increment settings 100 or 1000.
HDG rotary knob button acts as HDG Sel
HDG SEL button acts as HDG HOLD
EFIS info and issues:
To switch between RADIO and BARO make a long press on the MINS knob
To switch between IN and HPA make a long press on the BARO knob
Short presses of these knobs act as RST and STD.
The MODE and RANGE knobs act as rotaries where the second detend acts null.
Turning right-left from the null detend and acts as INC and turning left-right acts as DEC for both knobs.
CDU info and issues:
Buttons reflect the physical placement you find on the B787 CDU.
DEPARR button is INOP

COMs
Shows correct frequencies, but standby values can't be set to virtual standby display
(bug or no support, under investigation)
ATC:
Only knobs work to set the correct transponder code, the switches do not function.
To improve this driver, rksoftware must get feedback from you as a user for those things that are not working as they should. rksoftware will improve the driver if possible.

This driver package will only work with Oi4FS v1.1
