Card with OC4BA
hello guys, I wanted to create a pedestal with the nav com adf and trasponder modules (idc NOT P&P version). If I don't want to modify the scripts already created on OC4BAV4 should I follow the same connection scheme as the creator? where can i find them? Thank you so much guys!
Re: Card with OC4BA
Opencockpits uses 2 numbering plans, one for Plug&Play devices and another for IDC connected modules.
If you build a Pedestal using the IDC numbering plan described in the OC Pedestal documentation, you need to change the OCP4NGX script that comes with OC4BAv4.
The OCP4NGX script uses the default OC numbering plan for P&P COMs, NAVs,ADF,ATC, Audios.
Device number to be used for IDC connected Pedestal modules should be 32.
Input/Output numbers to be used should be the ones used in the OCP4NGX script if you want to avoid changing the script.
These numbers can be found by exporting the OCP4NGX ssi file to a txt file or in the OC's P&P module documentations.

Re: Card with OC4BA
Please read SIOC or buy OC4BAv4 and read documentation and get better support.
