Nav and com radio encoders slow

I start OC4BA ok and when I switch ground power and battery switch on all panels illuminate, however when I try and tune nav or com radios they are very slow to respond. As soon as the APU is switched on and running they start working correctly.
Does anybody have any ideas?

I have seen this, but do not remember what causes this, but I believe this issue came with the latest P3Dv4.2. I will look into it and come back to you.

Are you getting slow, erratic digits in MCP also or is just the radios when APU or GENs are off?

Just the radios when apu and gen are off

This issue was introduced with the latest P3Dv4.2 I believe. I will have a look to see if a fixed can be done.
