ADF Standby Digits Not Updating

I just installed my new set of radio modules from OpenCockpits (2x NAV, 1x COM. and 1x ADF). I'm using the latest version of P3D and PMDG 737NGX. I am able to my 2x NAV and 1x COM radio modules to work. However, I'm having an issue with my ADF and I'm not sure if its related to SIOC or maybe a defective ADF module.

The two switches (ADF/ANT and Tone ON/OFF) and the Active LED appears to work as expected. But, the standby LEDs is where my problem is. When I use the knobs to change the frequency, I see the numbers change on my OpenCockpit ADF module. However, on my 737NGX virtual cockpit, the standby frequency do not change. Also, when I change the standby frequency on my virtual cockpit, the frequency on my ADF module does not change.

Using SIOC monitor to test, the knobs, switches, and LEDs do appear to work. Also, my NAV and COM radio modules work as expected.

Does anything have any suggestion on how to troubleshoot this ADF issue?
