OC$BAConfig not starting up? SOLVED

Hi I just got new install and getting OC4BAConfig Stop Working??

I installed SIOC, then follow by installing OC4BA v3.3 (into SIOC folder, then I start OC4BA.exe, then click on TOOLS to start the CONFIG and i am getting this error.

Any idea what might be wrong? thanks

SIOC and OC4BA are both installed in d:\p3d\sioc also first i instaled thgem just in D:\sioc same problem

NON STANDARD FONT SIZE

Hi i found the problem I have my fonts set to 125% SCREEN RESOLUTION>MAKE FONTS AND OTHER OBJECTS LAGER OR SMALLER Set it back to standard 100% SIZE (default) it works now
