Can't open maps[SOLVED]

The home page indicates I am running 3.1.0.0. I can get LNM to open with the select button; however, I cannot get any map to open including OSM and OSM2. When I click the buttons, FStarter returns to the home screen. As always, all help is appreciated.

reinstall should fix any problems. then updates via the Update button and check your fstarter.ini file for correct lnm path.

I'm sorry to say I couldn't make it work. Here's what I did. I had a older zip file that contained 3.0.3.0. I unzipped that file and installed that version. Then I opened that version and clicked on "Check for Updates" and downloaded the new FStarterUpdate.zip. I unzipped the the FStarter/FStarter folder where the program is located which gave me version 3.1.0.0. Alas, it still wouldn't open any of the maps. Clicking on any map button including OSM and OSM2 caused the program to close. What have I done wrong?

What version should I have?

Check that you have these files and folders in the FStarter directory.
Try to run FStarter as administrator.

I think I solved this by going back to an older version and updating again. All buttons seem to be working again. Thanks for your help and you desire to help your users.
