Hi, built a new PC now i installed newest sioc and I tried to copy your software from my old PC and i am having problems a message saying

' ' is not a valid integer value

does it work with sioc 8.0 b2?

secondly i sent you an email request for link to the 2.3 newest software I cannot find it on my pc in its original form and coping from old set up is not the best idea and download link from old email you sent me does no longer work.

thank you

Just an update

Thank You Roar, I received your new email and link for download I make sure i save it some good place LOL

While I was waiting i decided to just for kicks transfer the whole directory that contains sioc and oi4fs to the new PC,

worked like a charm I only needed to edit Device number in FS_PM 737.ini file since it is new computer

looks like the SIOC i had on old pc was 7.1 and that works good on the new, but not the newest sioc 8 does not seem to work

anyhow I am a happy camper cause it works, I might later reinstall it fresh but then again "if it ain't broke don't fix it" :)

not sure if sioc 8 brings anything better to the table.

Users of rksoftware like Oi4FS and OC4BAv5 should use SIOC v7 ( as stated in the documentation) and not SIOC v8. Oi4FS and OC4BAv5 will not work if you have SIOC v8 installed.

SIOC v8 does not bring anything of value for 99% of ordinary Opencockpits users.

SIOC v8 introduced the usage of CANBUS which is a special Controll Area Network soultion.
