Oi4FS_Starter for MSFS and Oi4FS_p3dStarter for P3D can be used without Oi4FS if
configuration files have been made with Oi4FS. If you pin the Oi4FS_Starter app to Windows
Taskbar, you just click it to start the correct driver when MSFS is running.
