I have to resurrect this thread again.
I now have an OVH and this issue of DUs mismatch during power stage change is still happening.
Is there anything else I can look into.
I am using the newest version of Oi4FS 7.0
This is getting too frustrating for my immersion as I try to complete my OVH.
Update : Having "completed" the FWD and AFT OVH with the exception of a few other issues I can report that the frequency of the DUs mismatch has been greatly reduced. I spent all weekend enjoying the new setup with about 3 complete flights and I only had one mismatch upon landing and swithing to APU. Could that be a clue or I just got lucky?

Did the new software released a few days ago address this issue of DU mismatch with power bus changes??

No, there is not any changes to the driver or script for the PMDG 737.
It has only changes in the Oi4FS code to improve Oi4FS and to make it MSFS2024 compatible.

I will look into this issue again after PMDG has released the 737 for MSFS2024.

If this issue is killing your immersion, why not just disable these knobs in the script. They are hardly touch after all in a real flight.

You are right on the level of usage of the DU selectors. I only use them during engine starts and control lever checks.
I may look into disabling them for now and see if I may miss something whilst waiting for your next review.
