So I double checked the files that you asked again.
Please see output of both which seem correct based on my installation.

I started P3D with a 737, then closed and re-ran with the 787. SIOC does not start and when checking the sioc.ini file, it has retained the driver for the 737:
[SIOC]
IOCP_port=8092
IOCP_timeout=4000

It would seem this is not being overwritten as expected when choosing the 787.
Earlier in this thread I highlighted that since you asked me to swap out the old QW787_Client.dll driver with the new version, I informed you that everytime I now start P3D, I get an eventID box that comes up twice as below. If i just accept and click 'OK', I am able to proceed with my PMDG aircraft. If I remove the new .dll file out of the SIOC folder, I do not get the 2 'eventID' boxes that pop up.

Re: OCBAv5 MAX - Minor Issues
The EVent message you get is there as the QW787_Client.dll receives an event from the 787 that prevents the client to continue and startup SIOC.
why you receive this event from the 787 I do not now.
Do you have a "clean" installation of the 787 airplanes?
Are you starting the 787 from a saved scenario setup or in a not normal/default configuration?
There seems to me that your 787 sends an event message that crashes the client. I do not have any reports from other users that this is happening to them.
I will send you a new modified client tomorrow that handles the Events from the 787 in another way.

Re: OCBAv5 MAX - Minor Issues
Apologies again for the delay but I am working away until 3/2/20 so not able to test.
My QW787 installation is clean and works well outside of Opencockpits hardware and I have only started the 787 from normal default startup.
Just to let you know, I didn't receive an updated client yesterday but don't worry if you are still working on it.
