Hi Scott,

Sorry you have problems.

In order for me to find out why OC4NGX is crashing I must have some information.

Send me the following info:
0. Text of your configured 737sioc.ini and sioc.ini files
1. Complete folder path of FSX and SIOC.
2. An image or a list of all installed files and folders in SIOC.
3. A crash info message
4. Text of OC.log file in SIOC folder
5. What types of flightsim gear you have connected to your PC( all types, OC and others)
6. Info about what happens if you start OC4NGX.exe directly from SIOC without first starting FSX and SIOC
7. An image of SIOC main window after your start SIOC.exe from SIOC folder
8. Windows version

Hi,

Faulting application name: OCP4NGX.exe, version: 2.4.3.0, time stamp: 0x54004492

This is not the latest driver, it should be 2.4.8

Can you check that you are using the right one. ( rightclick OCP4NGX.exe and check details)

Hi,

Do not remember if you have tried to tun OCP4NGX.exe without the CP Flight MCP connected to your PC. Disable also the software for it before trying OCP4NGX.

If not, try it to see if it is conflicting with OC4PNGX.

Try to run OCP4NGX.exe without the EFIS connected to PC. Does it still crash?

Also check that you have the
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable (X86)

installed.

I also have a pure EFIS script you can try

https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=C ... lder%2cssi

Unzip to SIOC folder
Run OC4BAConfig and configure new sioc.ini with this new script
Run SIOC.exe
Run OCP4NGX.exe

Check if crashing or not.

hi

Not sure you have done tested this before.

Do the EFIS module work alone with SIOC.exe?

Start SIOC.exe ( with the OCP4NGX_EFIS1.ssi)
Go to IOCPConsole within SIOC main window
Turn on LOG ON
Test that all buttons functions by checking the LOG window.

It looks like your EFIS is not working as it should. If you have done this correctly.

Download and test EFIS with OpenCockpits software. If not working you have a faulty EFIS.

Go to Opencockpits web site and under EFIS module you find the

Installation and user's manual (includes all necessary files to use).

Run the Test within this package.
