No Download possible? (SOLVED)

I`m a little bit confused.
I bought OC4BA V3 Plus Package. I paid with Paypal. Paypal confirmed the payment but i never had a mail with a Download link or download instruction.
What happens. How can i download this package?

You should have received an email with the Download Link by now.

I had some issues with the ordering emails from PayPal to me, so your order was not seen until some hours later.
