Hi,
Serval weeks i have in my mind idea, to make some parts of cockpit pmdg 737.
First thing in my mind is to do a simple gauge for APU EGT.
I found the materials, but now is the question about compatibility.
For this build, i want to use this servocard : http://www.opencockpits.com/catalog/ser ... Path=21_32
And now the question, can i get APU EGT gauge to work with PMDG 737 via your software, without programming my self?
Do i have to pay for it?
Waiting for answer,
Marten
Maybe in wrong place. Question about compatibility
Re: Maybe in wrong place. Question about compatibility
Hi
You need a Sioc script for the APU Gauge.
If you download one of the OCP4NGX ssi script files
and export to text you can find the script part you need.
But, you also need a driver, such as OCP4NGX.exe that is a part
Of the OC4BA v2 package. This is payware from this site
Or some other driver type program, if available.
.
If you go for OC4BA you will have a APU solution and
as most of the Pmdg B737 functions are ready you can easly
Expand your cockpit.

Okey, i got one more question. I dident got that script thing.
When i buy the 45 euro driver, then i have to script my self something more?
If so, i found something like that: http://www.opencockpits.com/catalog/inf ... anguage=en
These would work?

Re: Maybe in wrong place. Question about compatibility
Hi, The script that will work with OC4BA v2 are those you find at http://www.flightsim4fun.com
The other scripts you point to will not work directly, some maybe work with modification. I really don't now.
You could always try the freeware version of OC4BA , also at http://www.fligthsim4fun.com
But, if you are doing your own solutions based on OC cards, you must do some scripting yourself, mostly only modification of device and output/input numbers.
You also need to invest in learning SIOC and scripting.

Re: Maybe in wrong place. Question about compatibility
The free one is unsupported with less function implemented. Maybe good enough for you, I can't tell, you have to try.
Which script may work, I don't know, you have to find out.
