Initial wrong frequency indication NAV and COM module

Recently, the initial indication of some digits of the frequencies on the two OC NAV units and the OC COM unit in combination with the PMDG 737 has become incorrect. See picture 1 (in the PMDG) and picture 2 (on the OC modules).

After using the TRF buttons, the indications on the OC modules are correct, see picture 3.

During the flight, however, the incorrect values are displayed again after a while. Pushing the TRF buttons again will correct this. Until now I thought it was a problem in my cockpit, but this week I spoke to another user of the OC units and RK software and he has the same problem. I am not sure but as fas as I can remember I have this issue since I am using the new OI4FS24. Are there other users who recognise this?
