Can you tell me what you read in the SIOC's device window
and how your sioc.ini looks like

Looks OK.

Open IOCPConsole in SIOC.exe and turn on LOG

Check to see if you get any logging info when you push FMC buttons.

I don't understand your problems with the FMC window. It should be easy to afjust to FMC screen if you follow description

Please explain in detail what you do and what your problems are and what is happening.
