Hi simmers,
I bought a pedestal light and added NAV 2 and some other items for the FO side. From the beginning, when COMM 2 became active, it seems a ghost is tuning and preseing the transfer button on NAV 2. Does anybody else have the same mysterium?
Is it a PMDG bug, maybe a not correct working NAV 2 item or maybe a small issue in the PMDG 737 script?
greets Klaus
Pedestal, ghost tuning COMM 2
Re: Pedestal, ghost tuning COMM 2
Without any info about version numbers of driver and script used, I can't give a comment.
Re: Pedestal, ghost tuning COMM 2
Hi Roar,
you are right. I am using Oi4FS24 with the PMDG 737 script (latest). Do you need some further infos?

Re: Pedestal, ghost tuning COMM 2
There are no reports of this problem from other users and the Pedestal works fine on my system.
So it is probably not a PMDG or rksoftware bug, but rather a issue with yout hardware and setup.
Verify that you have a good PMDG 737.ini confguration that matches your hardware modules.
It can also be a USB issue on your PC.

Re: Pedestal, ghost tuning COMM 2
Hi Roar,
thanx for your answer. I have right now also NAV 2 ghost tuning ... ahrggg .... my PMDG 737.ini is looking good (see below :-p). I have a very expensive USB hub (round about 200 bugs). This item was a hint from an expreienced Home cockpit builder who bought this due to encountered USB problems. With that kind of HUB all his problems (e.g.disconnecting) were blown anway, means no diconnectiong anymore. Whatever I will go for trouble shooting. My next step is to chance the FO side to captains side and vise versa. And as well cheking all cable connectors. Maybe a cable hang a bit loose. I will post the solution (hope I wild find the issue).

Re: Pedestal, ghost tuning COMM 2
Hi Roar,
I pluged the 2 USB cables direct into USB ports of my PC and didn´t use the hub. Same groovy ghost tuning. I am also in conversation with Opencockpits. They told me to watch SIOC monitor and if during ghost tunning action on the SIOC monitor is vissible. So far not! Stay tuned.. I will give an update when hopefully on the way to find the cause of the issue ..
