So yes I use the virtual cockpit and some GOFLIGHT switches for my OVERHEAD on my flights as I only have the opencockpits MIP hardware and no FRONT or AFT OVERHEAD. Some of the OVERHEAD switches as assigned to GOFLIGHT.
These are the sequence on short flight and summarry from other flights.
The AUTOBRAKE mismatch has never happened again since I reported last. I have flow a few times, and as I reported previously the DU mismatch does not happen consistently but it only happens with POWER changes.
1. I start from absolute COLDNDARK cockpit with my PMDG737 loaded at the gate and GROUNDPOWER available but not used.
2. I load my GOFLIGHT interface module software as I have a few buttons assigned to some stuff on the OVERHEAD.
3. I load OiF4s and tab the CDU window to the CDU screen.
4. I use my GOFLIGHT switch to turn on BATTERY POWER - DU mistch sometimes so I reset them to the right position from MIP knobs.
5. I turn on GROUNDPOWER to BUS from virtual cockpit switch - DU mismatch sometimes, I will reset to right position from MIP knobs.
6. Lights test from MIP switch - DU mismatch sometimes.
7. Run APU and immediately I put APU on BUS from virtual cockpit switches - DU mismatch sometimes.
8. Start engines and immediately I put the engine generators on BUS from virtual cockpit switches - DU mismatch sometimes.
It has never happened during flight or any other time, but only when I am doing light test or Power changes.
Sometimes, meaning about 95% of the time I fly DUs will mismatch the position on MIP and Virtual cockpit when power shifts from a different input.

I tried the new code you sent me but it did not work.
I loaded a flight as usual and immediately I turned the battery power on, the DUs on the virtual cockpit moved to mismatch what I had set on the MIP (NORM)
Also I was on VATSIM and just about to program the FMS and my whole FS crashed to desktop. I had never experienced that before, so I reverted back to the older program which I renamed before installing the new one.

Do you have the issue if you use the virtual BATTERY switch, not the Barttary Switch linked to GOFLIGHT?
I do not belive the crash when you where on VATSIM has anything to do with the new code.

I did a complete power up of the PMDG 737 without using the Goflight switches but only using the virtual OVERHEAD and in my normal sequence of power up.

Next time do the following to get some data when the issue occur:
Have IOCPConsole running before you try to create the issue.
Connect, LOG On
Turn on virtual BAT sw
Stop logging (LOG OFF) and copy the events in the log to a text file
Disable all active variables by clicking the red marker until all constant variable changes in the log output are gone
Read the values of the variables for the DU switches(2372 and 2371) and the Variable 1300 and 1301(the state of the DU switches seen in the airplane code).Reading to be done in IOCPConsle.
Write these to the same text file as above text file.
This will make it easier to see what happens.
Enable the LOG ON
Now try to create the issue and see what is happening in the log output.
Copy log to the text file and show it here or sent to me.

Before power ON just after starting Oi4FS the DUs moved to mismatch. Nothing else started. Did not even start the Goflight software. Loaded 737 COLDNDARK and then Oi4FS and I hear the DUs move. I hope I caputured the right information.
