Two Ways to Load Arrivals land Approaches

I note there are two ways to load arrivals and approaches; using LNM and using OSM2. Would you explain the differences between using one or the other.

To get info about LNM features it is best to read its documentation.

In OSM2 you can click on a WPT belonging to SIDs, STARs and APPR and automatically get the correct direction and location when you are teleporting.
You set SPD and ALT in the respective boxes.
