CONFIGURATION BROBLEM

Hello

After my computer crashed, on new computer i installed the SIOC 703B2 and OC4BAv5 (by book), but no lack. When i attempt to configure the OC4BAv5 it presents this :Unhandled exception has occur in your application , if you click Continue the application will.......
[Could not find file \PMDG737ini\ ]
1)The path seeing normal
2)the file \PMDG737 OPTIONS ini exist.

What is the problem here?

Make an complete uninstall of SIOC and OC4BAv5 and delete the SIOC folder and its sub folder and files.

Reinstalll SIOC v7 and the OC4BAv5 as stated in the documentation.

If done correclly it should work.
