Something is wrong here if this is the image of the SIOC taken after it was started up by clicking the CJ4 airplane image in Oi4FS.

Why? The Radio module is not configured and the correct script is not loaded. It should have been Oi4FS-MS CJ4 v1.0-R.ssi as stated in the configuration file you showed.

Tell me exactly what you are doing.

Trying to understand if there is something wrong, I run oI4FS and I click on CJ4.
Then I restore from the taskbar SIOC and I click on SIOC Monitor.
Finally I click on all on to see if SIOC communicates with the module
Attach is the print screen of SIOC monitor and the module turn everything on

First of all I would like to thank you for your support!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I decided to make a clean install. I uninstalled everything, installed the SIOC 7.03, extracted the Oi4FS, crteated the FS_MS_CJ4.ini in the SIOC folder as you said and copied the file you told me to download and placed this into SIOC folder.

The I executed the Oi4FS program, clicked on the CJ4 and dadaaaa!!!!! the module lighted up and the on/off button went functional turning on or off the lights and the digits.

The problem I'm facing now is

a) all the digits in the module are 0
b) even if I turn the encoder the digits remain in 0
c) the I change frequencies in the CJ4 via FMS, values does not appear in the radio module.

Button in the module are working and when I hit ILS I receive as active 0000 and as standby __id__ which means something is working correct.

Attached some print screens
Any help ?

The best thing to do now is to verify that you have the Oi4FS_Bridge software installed under your MSFS Community folder. Check with Oi4FS documentation.

The Open IOCPConsole when MSFS and a CJ4 airplane are running.

Test buttons and responses in IOCPConsole to see what is happening.

Hi,
I checked the Oi4FS_Bridge and it's in the community folder (printscreen).
After that I run the IOCPConsole and

a) all buttons and rotors are working and create values
b) the only values that make sense to me can be found on the second printscreen. These values comes from MSFS and when I change those on the CJ4 FMS, change also on the IOCPConsole BUT does not appear on the radio module. For example you can see that when I change the NAV1 value on the FMS from 117.5 to 112.2, IOCPConsole got the new value but never app[eared on the module.,
Does this tell you something ?

I see the problem in the script. I will send another to your email. Just unzip to your SIOC folder. and test again.

Today we had good progress.
I downloaded the new ssi and I overwitted the old. I started MSFS then Oi4FS, clicked on the CJ4 and dadaaaaaa!!!!! lights numbers everything there. So I begun the test and the results are below

a) COMS: Both COMS works PERFECT
b) ILS : button is working like a squawk and works PERFECT
c) ADF : Rotary does not change the stanby freq the rest works ok
d) BFO : rotary is changing the numbers in the standby display but only that. in the active I see 888.888 and the swap button does not change anything. Not sure what BFO should do
e) NAVS : When I press the swap button to make the standby freq active, active does not change (both on radio module and MSFS) and it keeps the MSFS active. If I change active or standby from MSFS, radio module displays the new values in the correct locations (active/standby). The same happens on both NAVS (NAV and VOR buttons).

Let me know if you need any printscreen

I will look into it further, but I do not have the Airbus Radio myself, so it is hard to test.
It is rather hard to implement a none supported module and try to get it to work in an airplane with a different radio setup.
It is maybe even not possible.

Please do not give up know.
You alsmost made it if we fix the NAV.
In the past (P3D), I was writing scripts reading/writing the fsuipc offsets but I understand that this is not possible any more am I correct ?
I understand that we alsways need a different exe for every airplane otherwise I could help you on that
If we fix this will this be available also for the CRJ?

I looked further into the coding of the drivers and the way the CJ4 is implemented in MSFS.

And also the info is given with the CJ4 driver

OiMSCJ4 v1.0 supports the Opencockpits modules: MCP, EFIS_L, CDU_L.
There are no dedicated COMs, NAVs, ADF, and ATC module support as all these functions are implemented
in the CJ4’s CDU module.

I also tested it with my P&P COM's, NAVs and it gives the same result.

The NAV functions implemented in the MSFS CJ4 will not let the Airbus RMP or a P&P NAV module work.

Conclusion:

The Airbus RMP should work in the Airbus /flybywire, the G1000 equipped GA airplanes, the B747, B787, and CRJ with the special Airbus RMP script modified into the existing airplane script.
Not modified, tested, or verified yet.
The Airbus RMP will not work in CJ4 due to limited or different radio implementation coding used.

An Airbus RMP owner needs to do this modification of the scripts as it is not coming with the Oi4FS by default.

To make this modification to other airplane scripts, the following should be done:

1. Decompile the default airplane script in SIOC's Edit Script
2. Modify the decompiled text script and replace the radio script parts with the Airbus RMP script code.
3. Compiling the modified text script file
