Had a great setup running with P3d5.2 737 NGX and opencockpit devices, atc, adf, com and 2x nav so I can have nav1 nav2 etc all worked fine in OCBA5
Changed my 737 software to NGXu and its created all sorts of hell with my 2 usb plug and play OC nav devices.
One of the devices when I configure it appears twice on IDX 9 and when I try add in nav2 even though it shows it listed it never appears as live in the fs and none of the lights come on the displays
Also if I delete my nav devices in config and add them in again I then loose my ATC module!!!
I'm pretty sure this is a software issue as it all worked fine and configured fine in NGX
Has anyone else come across similar issues and a workaround as I've spent hours editing ini files and what have you but it always seems to revert back to showing 2x devices on IDX 9 for nav1 and nav2 never shows
If I manually edit out the two duplicate entries in for the nav1 and save and restart the config it just keeps re adding them back in again, it wants to keep adding in devices on IDX 9 for some reason
Would appreciate anyone's help / input if you have had similar situations

Re: Duplicate NAV device issue
Well that was a real ball ache but I've solved the issue, If anyone else has this issue then the solution is as follows
I have my nav1set as 9,9,1,197
nav 2 set as 19,9,9,1,219
delete all other spurious and erronous nav device entries in the PMDG 737.ini and sioc.ini files
After that all seemed to be well after a little manual intervention.
