Hi,

1.4 loaded and the HDG is OK.

I have small problem with the vertical speed.
Moving the whell the display is not always updated to right value and some times is even not updated.
To have the right display i have to disangage and engage again the V/S button.

Do you have the same ?

Hi,

loaded the 1.4 and HDG is working

There is still something wrong in my situation with the vertical speed.
The display is just sometimes updated with the right indication (with a delay of seconds) and some times it stays with the previous value.
To get the right indication on the display i have to disangage and than reengage the vertical speed with the V/S button

I have no problems with the VS function on the MCP. Neither have I had any other reporting this issue.
Which airplane do you use when having these problems? Have you tried other airplanes, are the problem in all airplanes you have tried?

Hi Roar,

as you asked, i report all the problems i enconter.

Setting a stand-by frequency and then press the TFR button on the radio.
The radio transfers the stand-by to active but the frequency does not become active in the plane (172, 208B, CJ4) unless i press on the screen the <--> button of the digital display.

Thanks

You can check in SIOC's IOCPConsole what is sent and received between the driver and MSFS.

Radios are working fine here. No other reported problems with radios.

I suggest that you log the IOCPConsole activities when using the VS and radios and send it over so I can have a look.
Here is an image of the IOCPConsole when I change the Standby frequency and pushed TRF on hardware COM1

Hi Rosr,

i apologize as far as the frequency change from stad-by to active, yoy are right and it works.

As far as vertical speed i attach the screen shoot you suggested corresponding to the sequence i did :

initial situation : display is 100
move the wheel of one step up
display is still 100
press v/s
display becomes ----
press v/s
display becomes 200

I expect that when i move the wheel the display goes from 100 to 200 as in the driver for P3D

Thanks again

I just tested the VS as you described in the post above, but didn't find any problems. Turning the VS wheel gives correct data to the hardware display and virtual display as it should.

As said in an earlier post, try to check with SIOC's IOCPConsole what is going on. That is the way to debug this type of problem.
