I plan to add drivers for MSFS default B747 and B787 airplanes plus the PMDG airplanes in Oi4FS when possible.

At this time there is no MSFS SDK support for the default B747 and B787 airplanes, so it is not possible to make these drivers.

We can only hope that MS/ASOBO will update their SDK in the near future.

Hi all,

just to summerizing the sequence :

1) Start OiMS (all display on except IAS/MACH and vertical speed ----)
2) Start FS2020
3) select the aircraft (in my case 172 Garmin 1000
4) Start OiMS again

Is this right ?

During the flight i have :

1) Set the altimeter
2) Set the vertical speed (here the digits come on with a quit long delay)
3) The aircraft reaches the altitude and mantain it correctely
4) Set the heading and i see the diamond in the instrument moving to the heading i selected
5) Pressing the HDGSEL nothing happens and the led stays off
6) Pressing the HDG on the aircraft panel the led on the MCP goes on and the aircraft takes the right direction

Do you have the same result ?

What ido i mistake ?

Hi,

just an addendum to my previus notes.

Concerning the vertical speed i have the following for example :

1) vertivcal speed display 600 and V/S led on
2) Move the v/s whell
3)nothing happens
4) Press v/s
5) V/s led off
6 Vertical speed display ----
7) Press v/s
8) v/s led on
9) Vertical speed display 700 (what have been selected)

In other words i have to press twice the v/s

Before I look into this issue, tell me which version of OiMS you are using.

First start MSFS and then Oi4FS and select the GA driver(OiMS)

The VS works OK on my system. I have the OiMS v1.3

The HDG buttons behaves as you say, I have now corrected it as it was a bug in OiMS driver.

A new updated OiMS v1.4 will be sent out soon.

A new updated OiMS driver has been sent out.

Update log:

Corrected a bug with the HDG buttons on the MCP.

Now the HDG knob button will sync the HDG setting to the true HDG correctly
The HDG SEL button now works correctly.

OiMS version is now 1.4
