SmartStarter fails to create image database

Roar I have noticed that I do not have a "customized panel state" to choose from under PMDG airplane panel state........ the option is not there. Is this maybe why I cant load over my three monitors?

Did you start P3D in administrator mode?

There is only the 4 states

Default
C&D
SHORT
LONG

these panel states have nothing to do with
the windows/screen setup

Pls, read doc to understand the program

It works! I think the problem was the fact that I was right clicking the startup files of both P3D and P3DStarter and saying run as administrator..... when I went into their properties and ticked the "run as administrator" box things came right! Thank you for your assistance Roar, you always get me there in the end! Much appreciated! One last question - on startup of P3D within a few seconds of it starting loading I get an error message as attached, how can I get rid of that???

I haven't seen this issue before.

Could you open the details in the fault window, so I can see more info
