If you, against the advice given in the OC4BA documentation, install SIOC and OC4BA software in the c:\Program Files(86) or c:\Program Files folders you can encounter several problems.
If this is the cause,
either
1)uninstall and reinstall both SIOC and OC4BA to another folder, i.e. C:\SIOC or to another drive.
2)run FSX , P3D and OC4BA (if started from the SIOC folder) in administrator mode
