ELMA e37 rotary, com and nav problem [SOLVED]

Hi guys,
unfortunetly cts encoder with push buttons not working for me ( check another topic Push rotary and COM/NAV help ) and this video is working perfectly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jpovN2mLImQ
because it's not working me i bought elma e37 encoder for my com and nav panels. guys can you help me ? What will be change in script this type of encoder has a same problem. The numbers not continuosly change etc. etc.

If it's the For the Elma E37 Dual Rotary Encoders you'll need an OpenCockpits Encoder Interface card as you'll need to reprogram the onboard chip with a custom PIC code in order to process the E37's signal correctly.

The CTS288 encoders opencockpits sells are the only ones I know of off-hand that you can connect directly to the master card.

Before elma encoder i try cts encoder with push button, change the script from your site but It did not work in your video.
I dont know why.
