"When you monitor a variable connected to one of the faulty buttons in SIOC/IOCPConsole, do you see any reactions when activating the button?"
Yes, when turning the encoders or pressing a button, the associated fields in the monitor turn green and white when released.
You are using SIOC/SIOCMonitor not SIOC/IOCPConsole. It should be used when you using PMDG in P3D
What is the number you get in SIOC Monitor for one of the non-functioning buttons and the name of the button?
I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean.
I mean the number of the field in the SIOCMonitor that gets green when a button is pressed and white when released. I need both number and name of button

Problem solved.
I had SIOC -as usual- installed in C:\Programme(x86). However, a Win 10 update has changed the access rights of this folder. I have manually changed the rights to "full access" and everything is already running without errors.
Thanks again for your efforts.
Glad it works for you. AS stated in the OC4BAv4 documentation avoid installing programs to C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(86) as it will get you into all kinds of trouble.
