Problems with software.

Hi

I have loaded the software and have some problems. I select all the necessary information i.e aircraft,
location etc and click 'enter cockpit' and it comes up with the 'are you sure you want to leave Prepar3d'
window. If I don't click 'no' fast enough it shuts down the simulator. If I click 'no' it starts the simulator but
just loads the default scenario in the P3D scenario window i.e F35 at some American location. I am doing exactly
what the instructions say but it is just not happening.

I haven't seen this issue before. What P3D version do you have?

Could you do the following to make me track down the issue you have:


After P3D has started and the Scenario screen is open, While pressing SHIFT key down, repeat pressing TAB key. Count the number of TAB presses with SHIFT key down until you see that the Load button is marked.
Then press ENTER so next Scenario screen opens up.Press down SHIFT and count the number of TAB it takes until the search field is activated.

Thanks. That is probably causing the issue. I will make an updated version tomorrow afternoon and send you for testing.

Send an email to roarkrsp@gmail.com and request update and I send you a new updated SmartStarter for you to try. I haven't tried it with P3Dv4.1 as I do not have it anymore. But, if your info was correct the new updated SmartStarter should work in both P3D versions.

Still not working. This is bizarre - the second number is definitely 3 but the first number seems to change every time I do it!
I have done a number of tests this morning and it seems to be 5 not 6. Sorry about that! Need to go to work now - back about 8pm.
