OC4BAv3 starts and stops

I request your help.
For a couple of years now I have been running your program with an Opencockpits EFIS, MCP and CDU.
Never had a problem. But after a HD crash had to reinstall the whole fs (Prepar3Dv3.1) and PMDG B737NGX 800-900.
I installed SIOCv5+ and OC4BAv3. and added the [SDK] text to the option in PMDG. Now OC4BA will start and the SIOC panel will come up then the second small OC4BA window will open shortly will, goes to the taskbar and disappears. The SIOC panel stays up and does not go the "hidden icons"section.
Initially I had the SIOC file on the same drive as Prepar3D but as the "on board" function did not work for me anyhow and hoping that the initial suggested installation on C:\Program Files (86) would do the trick it is installed there. But I cannot get it to work.
My OS: Windows 10
