OCBAmenu 150831 crash

I have just upgraded to version from 150831
When I install it,it looks for a dll vcruntime140
then I got it from the web and i can start but I get an error message saying error code 0xC000007b, application will now close.
I can install the version from 150510 and work okay

I have just installed SIOC 5.1B2
Windows 7 64bit Hungarian

BTW you have 2 versions up in that folder in the OneDrive, tried both..whats the difference?

The 150831 and later versions require VS C++ redist 2015.

Send me an email request for the latest version which is 150916.
