MCP V3 dont work(SOLVED)

hey
i bought opencockpits mcpv3 and fmc v3 and know i bought the vrinsight overhead.
after the installation of the overhead i load the oc4ngx driver and i had a problem: all the lights exept the dimer wont work and the ias\mach rotary button did not work with fsx
i opened the iocp panel and rotate the button 4 times clock wise
28=-1 - ROTARY_IAS
238=1 - ROTACTIVE_IAS
2547=40 - MACHtoNGX
23=40 - D_IAS
28=0 - ROTARY_IAS
28=-1 - ROTARY_IAS
2547=41 - MACHtoNGX
23=41 - D_IAS
28=0 - ROTARY_IAS
28=-1 - ROTARY_IAS
2547=42 - MACHtoNGX
23=42 - D_IAS
28=0 - ROTARY_IAS
28=-1 - ROTARY_IAS
2547=43 - MACHtoNGX
23=43 - D_IAS
28=0 - ROTARY_IAS
238=0 - ROTACTIVE_IAS
and i saw that the line: 238=0 - ROTACTIVE_IAS
is delayd after 2 secend

please help me to fix it that the rotate button will work and the digits will be in ias and not in mach
