Have you ever tried to start SIOC.exe and then after 10 seconds OCP4777X.exe directly from Sioc folder?
Any difference?

I ran both "as admin" just to be sure as well...
It's getting the better of me because I'm not to sure whats going wrong
The 737 and I recently purchased the A320 and they run smooth flight after flight.. ?!

Check that both the 777sioc.ini and Sioc.ini are correct.
Compare with upper parts of 737sioc.ini.

You have latest PMDG B777 software?

Gidday Roar,

I took a step back from P3d for a while.
Just installed P3Dv3
And all is working 110% perfect, I've completed a few long haul flights with the 777 and not one crash.. Happy days!! :)

Thanks for your help, I know the issue wasn't resolved but it appears it was something with my version of 2.5 that may have caused it all

Cheers
