If the EFIS shows up as IDX = 11 then something sure is wrong. it should be 7 as this is EFIS.
I really can't help you any further here:
You either has a faulty EFIS or you have a faulty PC configuration in respect to IP setup.

I have it running fine set up on another hard drive (same computer) and EFIS works perfectly tried it last night.
There must be something on my computer which is stopping it from working

Just curious, have you been able to get it working OK?
If yes, what was the problem?
