If you have added the line MASTER=20,19,1,72 to the PMDG B737.ini file as described in an earlier post, there is no need to link the FIREPANEL to an Operations. Once you have a good and working PMDG B737.ini file and do not change the USB connections to the modules you have, OC4BAv5 should work OK....
