Problem solved! I just found that I used cable extender that caused all problem, after I connect MCP direct to USB, problem is gone, thank you very much for your help!

I just found straige thing, I used IOCPConsole to test knobs, before it's goes blank, when I turn the knob, the numbers shows on logs, after it goes blank, the number start shows and and don't stop, I will try another usb port to test and I will make reinstall

tomorrow i will try the IOCPConsole and I will try reinstall, because before the update everything was ok, and if i use mouse and click/turn the knob, the mcp panel is light on but showing number that don't give any sense, then after another 2 seconds it going black again.
