Roar then took his time to remotely control my PC and search for a solution.

In the end he discovered that my .Net Framework was not up to date. -MY BAD.

So, I just made the NGX latest full update (requiring a full un- and reinstall of the product + the 6/700-pack.) Loading up just as usual, waiting for NGX systems to load.
