I just used the new v4.0_OC script with latest driver and it seems to finally have resolved the recall issue.
Other issues have been resolved in the march release.

I just got the OpenCockpits Annunciator Panel, and in my view it is quite looking as the real photos you had.
And it has the Recall, even if the OCP4NGX seems not do the correct action on it.

Tried to capture log from startup (Will show the init errors), then I did a few Reset-Recall in Simulator and they show up fine and resets fine, then I reset using Recall Button, it seems that it wants to high-light all when pressed, then it sets it in that condition.
