Yes , I have problems with ocp4ngx.exe, crash with error after I push any toggle

I did all the recommendations, but the problem persists , I have crash driver when I push any knobs

script version 3.4 and driver 2.5 , when I push six-pack knob, all led on six-pack light and do not go out when I push Master Caution
